The ideal candidate will have an interest in dentistry, customer service, problem solving and excellent communication skills. Must be willing to learn all aspects of daily operations in a dental office including the operation of a dental office to ensure quality and efficiency standards through staffing, scheduling, patient flow, performance management and other office goals.
Qualified candidates must have a BS/BA degree with emphasis preferably in business, management, healthcare administration or equivalent related experience. We are looking for a self-starter with previous supervisory or management experience. Prior experience in a medical or dental setting is a plus!
