The Regional Operations Specialist (ROS) will work in conjunction with the Directors of Operations to complement and support the region and practice managers in their efforts to be successful in all areas of day to day operational initiatives. They will coordinate with director on analysis, training, best practices and problem solving to ensure calibration in the region.
•Monitor and investigate trends and report performance to Director of Operations.
•Participate in regional development, implementation and maintenance of training modules, documents, materials, and training timeline as assigned by director.
•Assist in the calibration of corporate, regional and office goals by holding regular meetings with practice managers.
•Build constructive relationships within the office and region.
•Perpetuate the Company culture of being the employer and provider of choice.
•Monitor and evaluate office and regional performance, while partnering with the practice manager to identify barriers to execution. The ROS will provide recommendations to the director that are well-supported by facts, analysis and business insights to improve consistency of performance across the region.
•Capture and communicate best practices within the region.
•In partnership with practice managers ensure employees understand WDG policies and procedures.
•Work with Director to implement strategies on new and or changing initiatives and projects.
•Demonstrate and maintain professionalism, integrity, and the ability to comply to strict policy, work in a highly regulated environment, and maintain confidential information and data.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and 2 or more years of multi-location, or customer service operations experience in a service-based industry; OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Dental practice experience a plus.
