    Job Responsibilities

    • Accomplished in building and maintaining a large high-performing work team.
    • Experienced in creating an extremely strong customer service environment within an organization that serves close to 20,000 patients monthly.
    • Well versed in creating and monitoring budgets and making appropriate adjustments.
    • Skilled at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
    • A strong and empathetic verbal and written communicator who can cultivate and sustain strong relationships with all levels of the organization, influence others, facilitate processes, and coach/mentor employees.
    • Accomplished at creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the company achieve its objectives.
    • Able to support and demonstrate the Company’s vision and mission for both patients and employees.
    • An experienced Microsoft Office software user.

    What You'll Do:

     

    • Own all office duties related to (but not limited to) customer loyalty, employee engagement, and financials.
    • Ensure that every patient encounter is a “wow” experience, and resolve patient complaints.
    • Coach and mentor staff by example and conduct staff meetings.
    • Ensure productive, team-oriented work environment free of harassment and other undesirable, non-productive behaviors.
    • Forecast and monitor staffing needs; recommend adjustments as necessary.
    • Ensure achievement of all financial goals, e.g., EBITDA.
    • Prepare, submit, and monitor entire office budget.
    • Partner with marketing department to promote Willamette Dental Group.
    • Ensure that all patient access standards are met at all times.
    • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed and that all core values are exemplified and propagated throughout the office.
    • Ensure work environment is safe & healthful at all times, and that all work practices comply with OSHA/OR-OSHA/WISHA requirements. Ensure all legal requirements are followed, e.g., HIPPA, FDA.

    Job Qualifications

     

    Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare administration. Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.

    Experience: Minimum of four years’ experience in management role preferably in healthcare
