    Job Responsibilities

    The Travel Coordinator will manage the travel program for WDG, as well as provide ongoing departmental administrative support to the Executive Administration team as needed - including conducting research, preparing reports, handling informational requests, and performing clerical functions such as correspondence meeting preparedness. 

    • Oversee overall travel system administration for the entire organization.
    • Travel administrator will arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel to meet the specific needs of employees and clientele within an organization
      • Manage travel system vendor Concur / Travel Leaders account.
      • Ensure direct bills with hotels and car rental agencies are set-up and maintained annually.
      • Book travel accommodations, process expense reports and reconcile credit cards for department EAs.
      • Assist in registering and booking travel for Executives for conferences or events as needed.
      • Assist in quarterly reporting, ensuring the data is accurate and contractual deadlines are met.
    • Executive Administration department support
      • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
      • Prepare materials for various events and meetings.
      • Prepare and assist in facilitation of offsite corporate meetings and events.
      • Place catering orders for all departmental meetings.
      • Ensure completion of various projects with hands-on approach including creating content, gathering information, and finalizing PowerPoint presentations.

    Job Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience administering travel programs and/or providing departmental support OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
