This position plays a vital role in the brand experience of Willamette Dental Group patients, employees, and prospect talent across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho utilizing a wide skillset of user-centric graphic and experience design capabilities to support the overall brand perception and engagement.
As an in-house graphic design specialist at Willamette Dental Group you’ll be supporting the design needs of a regional healthcare organization with over 50 offices, 1,400 employees, and 400,000 insurance members across a wide variety of media and audiences. The Graphic Design Specialist will play a vital role in the brand experience for patients, employees and prospective talent across the company. This position will utilize a wide skillset of user-centric graphic and experience design capabilities to support the overall brand perception and experience.
Essential Position Functions
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Experience Design, Fine Arts, Design Arts, or Art & Design with 4+ years of experience supporting brand experience design through research, user experience mapping, graphic design, and experience design OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
